We take pride in delivering your artwork efficiently, safely, and sustainably. Below you will find information about production times, delivery estimates, and our responsibilities once your order has been dispatched.
Local Production for Global Delivery
All our posters are printed to order and produced as close as possible to your destination. This reduces transport distances, customs complications, and environmental impact.
We work with trusted professional fine art printing partners in the following regions:
- European Union: Printed in the Netherlands (serving EU countries including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.)
- United Kingdom: Printed locally for UK orders
- United States: Printed locally for US orders
- Canada: Printed locally for Canadian orders
- Australia: Printed locally for Australia, Oceania, and parts of Asia
Production location may vary depending on logistics and product type, while maintaining consistent museum-quality standards.
Production Times
- Rolled posters: 1–3 business days
- Framed posters: approximately 36–72 hours (1.5–3 working days)
- Order cut-off time: Orders placed after 8 PM (PST – Los Angeles time) are processed the next business day.
Please note that express shipping affects delivery time only and does not reduce production time.
Estimated Delivery Times
- EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia: typically 3–7 business days after production
- Asia, Middle East, South America and Rest of World: typically 5–15 business days after production
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, severe weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In accordance with European Union consumer legislation, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
Shipping Costs
Rolled posters: Free standard worldwide shipping.
Framed posters and panels: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout depending on weight, size, and destination.
Express or overnight shipping options may appear at checkout where available.
Packaging
- Small formats (S / A4) are shipped flat in reinforced protective envelopes.
- Medium and large posters are rolled and shipped in sturdy eco-friendly cardboard tubes.
- Framed artworks are securely packed with protective materials and corner guards.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged:
- If visible at delivery, please refuse the parcel and notify us immediately.
- If discovered after opening, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.
Verified damaged items are replaced free of charge.
Lost or Missing Parcels
- A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 days after shipment.
- Claims must be reported within 3 months from the order date to allow investigation with the carrier.
- If marked as delivered but not received, we may request delivery confirmation (GPS, signature, etc.) before issuing a replacement.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities or local regulatory procedures.
