This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on myretroposter.com, operated by Jardel Artis Holdings SL, NIF B26641837, Carrer Sant Pau 4, 08870 Sitges, Barcelona, Spain, trading as MyRetroPoster.
We want you to love your poster. Each artwork is printed on demand and produced specifically for you through professional fine art labs.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or produced according to the consumer’s specifications.
As our posters are printed on demand specifically following your order, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that time, production begins automatically and cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns & Replacements
We do not accept returns for change of mind, size selection errors, or personal preference.
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
- A verified production defect occurs
In such cases, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund including original shipping costs where applicable
Framed and custom artworks follow the same conditions.
How to Report an Issue
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
Please do not return items without prior authorization.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your item has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
All claims for damage, loss, or non-delivery must be submitted within 3 months of the order date.
In accordance with EU legislation, risk transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, additional shipping costs may apply.
We are not liable for customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by local authorities.
