I worked with Alecse on a custom poster and I could not be happier with the result. It is truly stunning, and surpassed all my expectations for what this poster could become. I gave Alecse a general idea of what I was imagining for the poster and he was able to take my rudimentary ideas and provide different options for how we could execute on it. He really brought the ideas to life and my colleagues absolutely loved the posters I gifted to them. Mais avant tout, c est le contact direct avec les interlocuteurs qui doit être mis en avant - c est tellement rare de nos jours... Alecse est un véritable artiste qui va revenir autant de fois que nécessaire sur ses ébauches jusqu au résultat parfait, et Pamela gère l aspect logistique avec un professionnalisme à toute épreuve-même quand les conditions sont difficiles :) Un grand merci à tous les deux !

The best experience ever!

I ordered the poster and the panel and they were the best choice. The colors are perfect and the panel gives a gret finishing and hangs perfectly in the wall. Delivery was super fast, it arrived within 3 days! However, I need to write that the most amazing part of my poster was Alecse and Pam! Alecse just gave me the best recommendation and I was free to decide what I wanted (even when it reaquired several reviews!). It was so cool the creative process: I came with a general idea and though a weekend, Alecse capture exactly what I wanted and converted it into reality. As a real professional, he really knows how to guide you though all choices (colors, letters, wording, etc). It was a really funny experience. Then, came Pam and made the magic. She was so helpful during the ordering process and she guaranteed that I received the poster on time, perfectly printed, at home. Thank you, Alecse and Pam.

If you receive damaged posters, please follow these steps:

Notification: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged posters. Send clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging to our customer service team.
Replacement Process: Upon verification, we will initiate the replacement process. You won't incur any additional costs for the replacement of damaged prints.
Return of Damaged Prints: You may be asked to return the damaged posters. If required, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Lost Prints:
