At MyRetroposter, we take pride in delivering your artwork efficiently, safely, and sustainably. This page explains how our shipping process works, the estimated delivery times, and our responsibilities once your order has been dispatched.

Local Production for Global Delivery

All our posters are printed to order and produced as close as possible to your destination. This reduces our carbon footprint, helps avoid customs delays, and ensures fast, reliable service.

We work with trusted fine art labs in the following countries:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: serves the UK, Asia and South America
  • 🇺🇸 United States: serves the USA
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: serves Canada
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: serves Australia, Asia, UAE and Oceania
  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands: serves European countries

Production Times

  • Rolled posters: 36–72 hours (approx. 1.5–3 working days)
  • Framed posters: 36–72 hours (approx. 1.5–3 working days)
  • Order cut‑off time: Orders placed after 8 PM (Los Angeles, PST) are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping (Included for Rolled Posters)

  • Cost: Free worldwide shipping for all rolled posters (unframed).
  • Carriers and estimated delivery times:
    • 🇺🇸 USA: UPS Mail Innovations + USPS → 3–7 business days
    • 🇬🇧 UK: Evri 24h / 48h → 2–4 business days
    • 🇨🇦 Canada: Expedited Domestic → 3–7 business days
    • 🇦🇺 Australia: Australia Post → 3–7 business days
    • 🇪🇺 Europe: Direct Link Level 3 & Landmark Global Maxipak EU → 3–7 business days
    • 🇩🇪 Germany: DPD NL (often used for express service)
    • 🌍 Asia & UAE: Usually shipped from UK or Australia → 5–12 business days
    • 🌎 South America: Usually shipped from UK via Royal Mail International Signed → 7–15 business days

Framed Posters and Panels

Framed artworks are subject to delivery fees calculated automatically at checkout, depending on weight and destination. Each frame is packaged with protective layers and corner guards to ensure safe transport.

Express and Overnight Shipping

Express shipping options may appear automatically at checkout when available in your region. Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days (after production).

Overnight delivery is generally available in 🇬🇧 UK and 🇺🇸 USA, and will automatically appear at checkout when offered by local carriers. If this option doesn’t show up at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’ll check whether it’s possible from your region.

Please note: Express and overnight services reduce shipping time only and do not affect production time.

About Delivery Estimates

Our delivery windows are estimates based on average production and transit times. They are intended to help you plan, not as guaranteed delivery dates.

These timeframes include production (2–3 business days) and standard shipping (3–14 business days), depending on your location.

Please note that all timings are expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays). Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, strikes, or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Our system automatically displays a personalized estimate on each product page based on your location. If you need your artwork for a specific date, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

If you need your order faster, check if express or overnight options are available at checkout or contact us — our team will help you find the quickest solution.

Packaging

  • Small formats (S / A4): shipped flat in reinforced envelopes
  • Medium and large posters: rolled in sturdy cardboard tubes
  • Framed posters and panels: securely packed with protective materials

Damaged Parcels

  • Upon delivery: If the package appears damaged or open, please refuse it and notify us immediately.
  • After delivery: Send photos of the damaged packaging and product. We’ll replace your order free of charge.

Lost or Missing Parcels

  • Lost: A parcel is considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 days after shipping. We’ll replace it after investigation with the carrier.
  • Marked as delivered but not received: We handle these cases individually. We may request proof of delivery (such as GPS tracking or a signed receipt) before issuing a replacement.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may be returned to our lab. Once received back, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Customers will cover the new shipping costs.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. MyRetroposter cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.

Shipping Claims

Any shipping-related issue (damage, loss, non-delivery, etc.) must be reported within 3 months from the order date. This aligns with international standards and ensures enough time for carrier investigations.

Legal Reference

This policy complies with the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios – RDL 1/2007) and with the applicable regulations of the European Union regarding distance sales and consumer rights.
