STEP 2 : PURCHASE
Choose the relevant poster creation service (Classic Custom, Group Custom, Movie-Like, Family Portrait, Wedding Custom, House Custom), select the size of your commissioned poster and place your order.
All Commissioned Poster Creation Services are full inclusive package (satisfied or money back) with no hidden costs to create, print and deliver a Custom Poster anywhere in the world. It includes :
Creation of a poster from your materials and/or ideas
Printing of 1 poster (extra copies can be ordered later in the process)
Worldwide tracked shipping (Royal Mail 24 for UK orders)
STEP 3 : BRIEF
All projects start with a call (or chat) with Alecse who will take your brief, collect all elements to understand your project and expectations. Alecse will remain your only contact during all the creation phase until validation of the final design.
Purpose : Is it for you or someone else? Is it a surprise? Is it for a celebration? ...
Photo(s) : Your favorite one(s) in good resolution. We can mix 2 pictures (or more) to take the subject from one and the background from another. Or we can tell you which one would work best as a poster.
Texts for the upper and down titles : Names, places, dates, favorite quotes... the choice is yours
Other details/information you might find relevant : favorite or expected color tone, insertion of a logo or a dedication...
STEP 4 : PROPOSALS ROUNDS
Within 48-72 hours, Alecse will send you a first round of proposals (usually 3 to 6) and ask you to get back to him with your favorite one (if any), and the list of things you like or dislike in all proposals.
From your feedback, he will prepare and send, within another 24-48 hours, a new round of refined proposals. Once again your feedback will help him finalise the perfect personalized poster.
Should you not find any proposal that suits your expectations, you may call it off at anytime at this stage. We'll send you a FULL refund within 24 hours. Satisfaction guaranteed! No question asked!
STEP 5 : VALIDATION, PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Once you have selected and confirmed the final custom poster design, it will be sent to production, printed on EMA Paper with FineArt process and shipped to your address.
The Custom Poster should be delivered within 3-10 days in Europe, Australia, Canada or USA and up to 2 weeks for other countries and remote destinations.
