PRODUCTION TIMINGS


Rolled posters: 1-3 days (1-2 days for UK orders)

Framed posters and Panel boards: 3-10 days


CANCELLATION POLICY


Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this timeframe, orders are sent to production and cannot be modified or canceled. If you miss this window, you will need to wait until the product is delivered and initiate a return according to our Return Policy.


PACKAGING


All posters and frames are carefully packaged in our partner’s packing and shipping stations in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, USA, and Australia.


Poster only:

Posters in size S and A4 are sent in a reinforced envelope.

All other sizes are sent rolled in a carton tube.


Frames and Poster Panels:

Special packaging ensures their full protection.


DAMAGED PARCELS OR POSTERS


Even if our partners take the best care of our products while packing them and delivering to your door, accidents happen. Hence, if the product is damaged, it will be replaced or refunded.

Please check all packages at delivery and don’t accept them if the box is damaged or opened so that they get automatically returned by the shipping carrier.


If you realize the poster was damaged after delivery, get in touch with us by email and send us some pictures of the damages (packaging + poster), and we will find the best resolution for your specific case.


LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS


MyRetroposter shall not be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcel sent with free eco shipping (but within the United Kingdom). We only take responsibility for parcels sent with standard or express shipping.


WRONG OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS


If a parcel can’t be delivered because the address on the order was not accurate or was incomplete, the parcel will be sent back to the printing lab. Once returned, the customer will need to pay for the new shipment.


CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
