Zijn al jullie posters gelimiteerde edities?

Onze gepubliceerde kunstwerken verschijnen in beperkte oplagen. Standaardedities zijn beperkt tot 300 afdrukken in alle formaten samen. Geselecteerde collectoredites verschijnen in genummerde oplagen van 20 of 50. De oplagelimiet van elk kunstwerk staat vermeld op de productpagina.

Welk papier gebruiken jullie?

Onze standaardposters worden gedrukt met 12-kleuren-gicléeprinttechnologie op Enhanced Matte Art Paper van 200 g/m², met een gladde, matte afwerking. Productspecificaties kunnen afwijken bij speciale formaten of afwerkingen.

Hoe lang gaan jullie prints mee?

We gebruiken professionele pigmentinkten en hoogwaardige kunstmaterialen die zijn ontworpen voor een lange levensduur. De werkelijke levensduur hangt af van blootstelling aan licht, inlijsting, luchtvochtigheid en de omstandigheden waaronder de print wordt tentoongesteld. Daarom kan geen vaste levensduur worden gegarandeerd.

Zijn lijsten bij de posterprijs inbegrepen?

Nee. Lijsten zijn optioneel. Je kunt het type lijst rechtstreeks op de productpagina selecteren of later toevoegen via het gedeelte Inlijstopties .

Waar worden MyRetroposter™-prints geproduceerd?

Onze professionele productiepartners zijn gevestigd in het VK, de USA, de Europese Unie, Canada en Australië. De productielocatie hangt af van je bestemming, het formaat en de beschikbaarheid.

Hoe lang duurt het voordat mijn bestelling aankomt?

De gemiddelde levertijd is 3 tot 7 werkdagen in de meeste regio's (Europa, USA, VK, Canada, Australië) en 5 tot 12 dagen voor Azië, Zuid-Amerika en de VAE.

Moet ik douane- of belastingkosten betalen?

Afhankelijk van de regelgeving in uw land kunnen douanerechten of lokale invoerbelastingen van toepassing zijn. MyRetroPoster™ kan deze extra kosten niet beheersen of voorspellen en is er niet aansprakelijk voor.

Wat als mijn pakket beschadigd raakt of zoekraakt?

Als je bestelling beschadigd aankomt, neem dan binnen 7 dagen contact met ons op en vermeld je bestelnummer. Voeg foto’s van het kunstwerk en de verpakking toe. Neem bij een pakket dat zoek lijkt contact met ons op, zodat we dit bij de vervoerder kunnen onderzoeken. Bevestigde schade of vermissing wordt afgehandeld volgens ons Verzendbeleid en ons Restitutiebeleid, zonder afbreuk te doen aan je wettelijke rechten.

Kan ik een poster retourneren als ik me bedenk?

Elke MyRetroPoster-print wordt speciaal voor jouw bestelling gemaakt, in het formaat en de uitvoering die je kiest. Volgens ons huidige beleid voor producten op bestelling kunnen standaardposters niet worden geretourneerd of geruild omdat je je hebt bedacht nadat de productie is begonnen. Raadpleeg ons restitutiebeleid voor alle details.
