Pair of Complex Group Posters

I am delighted that Alecse has shared his art with me and my wife for our first anniversary, and that it will be with us for the rest of our life!

I will forever be grateful to Alecse for going gone above and beyond the call of duty when I see his art in my home. I cannot think of a more fitting way to celebrate my first year of marriage and eternal love with my wife, by creating a group poster with all the people we love the most!

The project was further complicated when I requested an additional poster that needed to match and complement my original request. It is absolutely impossible to describe how perfect, patient and kind Alecse has been in delivering this complex brief, and the revisions he made across both versions to make sure they are the perfect pair

I was taken aback when I received the final outcome which is beyond all my expectations and is an absolutely fitting labour of love to celebrate our union, and all that have supported us in relationship!

Nothing has ever been too much for Alecse - he is attentive, passionate and responsive, a fantastic listener who always takes your wishes and request into account, but is able to provide friendly, wise and objective advice and counsel to make sure very detail is catered for and addressed!

This artwork will be on display in our home until death do us part, and I am eternally thankful for Alecse for sharing his art with us and putting everything into this project!

Damaged Prints:
If you receive damaged posters, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged posters. Send clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging to our customer service team.
  2. Replacement Process: Upon verification, we will initiate the replacement process. You won't incur any additional costs for the replacement of damaged prints.
  3. Return of Damaged Prints: You may be asked to return the damaged posters. If required, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Lost Prints:
If your posters are lost in transit, follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Inform us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe. We'll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
  2. Replacement Process: If the posters are confirmed as lost, we'll replace your order. You won't incur any additional costs for the replacement of lost prints.
  3. Timely Communication: Timely communication is crucial in the case of lost prints to ensure a swift resolution.
