Amazing posters

I bought a 4XL poster for my daughter's birthday. When I entered the shop I was greeted by Alecse who gave me all the information I needed. There is a lot of choices of different design and sizes, all superb and of excellent quality. The poster arrived on time as planned and my daughter is so happy to have it on her wall, she loves it.

It's not mentioned in your review but you initially saw this poster in our Sitges shop window [... We had just returned from Sitges on an amazing trip and saw your print in a shop window. Unfortunately the shop was closed so we were unable to view the print up close...] where it is exhibited in 5XL (100x150cm or 40x60') so in a larger size than the one you have purchased (3XL).

The poster you have is not an enlargement or a scan of an old print. It is an original piece created by Alecse, who designs all his work at the 4XL size—this means the poster you received is one size below the master file. The only size larger than what we offer is the 5XL, which you have seen on display in our gallery window.

The pattern you've noticed, the half-tone effect, is an intentional aspect of Alecse’s signature style, reminiscent of traditional poster printing techniques. This is not a flaw but a deliberate artistic choice, and it’s consistent across all his works. This detail, among others, is clearly described and emphasized on our website for transparency.

Besides those points, you also sent us a picture showing that the poster had some creases at the bottom near the border, hence we have offered you 2 options: Either a free reprint or a full refund once you would have sent us a photo of the poster destroyed and torn into pieces.
