Shipping Information

WE ARE DELIVERING OUR POSTERS ALL AROUND THE WORLD

All posters and frames are carefully packaged in our partners' packing and shipping stations in the United Kingdom, the USA, the Netherlands, Australia, and Canada.

Processing Time or Handling Time

Production Time: For rolled posters: 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 8 PM (Los Angeles) Pacific - Standard Time.

Transit Time: All shipping timings are provided in good faith, but they are just estimates.

Delivery Options

FREE SHIPPING WITH TRACKING

Posters: Standard shipping with tracking is included in the product price.
Frames: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

The average is 2 to 7 working days (Monday-Friday).

Up to 15 days for remote locations.

A print will be considered lost if it has not arrived within 30 days after the shipping date.

EXPRESS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING

This shipping upgrade will be calculated at checkout and depends upon the destination country.

The average is 2 to 4 working days (Monday-Friday).

Up to 15 days for remote locations.

OVERNIGHT (on special demand)

Overnight service can be quoted on demand and is available primarily in the UK and the US. To confirm availability, send us a message.

Important: Express and overnight shipping options prioritize shipping times only and do not prioritize production times.

Packaging

All posters and frames are carefully packaged in our partners' packing and shipping stations.

  • Posters: Posters in sizes S and A4 are sent in a reinforced envelope, while all other sizes are sent rolled in a carton tube.
  • Frames and Poster Panels: Special packaging ensures their full protection.

Damaged Parcels or Posters

While our partners take great care in packing and delivering your prints, accidents can happen. If your product arrives damaged:

  • At delivery: Inspect the package upon arrival. If the box is damaged or opened, do not accept it, and the shipping carrier will automatically return it.
  • After delivery: If you notice damage later, email us pictures of the damages (packaging + product). We will arrange a reprint and re-shipment at the earliest.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Lost Parcels: A parcel will be declared lost if it has not arrived within 30 days after being shipped. We will replace the order free of charge after verifying the issue with our shipping and printing partners.
Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you did not receive it, the case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Proof of delivery (e.g., GPS confirmation or a signed receipt) may be requested from the courier.

Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address

If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout:

  • The package will be returned to our printing lab.
  • Once received, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please note that reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. MyRetroposter is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance procedures.

Return Address

Our printing partner labs do not keep stock of posters as all prints are made to order. All returns must be sent to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the poster is damaged or defective. If approved by MyRetroposter, the poster will not be returned but destroyed by the client. Once MyRetroposter receives proof of the poster's destruction (e.g., photos), a refund or replacement will be processed.

Shipping Claims Policy

Claims for non-delivery or issues with your order must be made within 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

👉🏼 Please keep in mind that the estimated time of arrival for our Limited Edition Posters includes both the production time (since all posters are printed to order) and the delivery time. We cannot be held responsible for any potential shipping delays due to customs or courier services. The estimates provided on the posters' pages are only meant to be informative, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your local delivery services.
