My first copy arrived with damage, the tube was dented delivery,. Pam (seller) was great to work with in procuring a replacement. She communicated regularly and sent out a replacement copy right away. The print looks awesome in my office, it’s printed on thick high-quality paper, and is exactly as pictured. Very happy with my purchase!

Unfortunately, my first print was delivered damaged. However, I told the shop owner my case and she send out a new one. There was no damage at all and the print looks wonderful.
I got this poster of Mumbai, along with 3 others now. They are really wonderful, great quality, so much more than just 'a poster' to touch and visually. They are art. The framer admired them, commented on the quality and did a great job. They hang in pride of place. If we live anywhere else, we'll be getting more! Delivery and personal service, first class too.
There is no option for returns on the website. You have to contact them per mail, but you cannot expect an answer. Instead you get this feedback form.
