At MyRetroposter, we take pride in providing you with high-quality vintage travel art posters, designed with passion and attention to detail. Our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction guides our policies and practices.

Manufacturing and Partnership

Our posters are printed on demand by our trusted partner, Prodigi, which operates printing facilities in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, and Australia. This approach allows us to reduce our carbon footprint, minimize shipping costs and times, and avoid customs fees whenever possible. However, please note that Prodigi's facilities do not accept returns directly.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. This short timeframe is due to our production partner Prodigi’s immediate workflow, which integrates our orders directly into their production flow to ensure timely delivery. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you miss this 1-hour window, you will need to wait until the product is delivered and then follow the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.

Return Policy

  • Return Address: All returns must be sent directly to the artist or to our showroom in Sitges, Spain. Contact information and the return address will be provided upon initiating a return request.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Each poster is made on demand, and we provide detailed product information (close-up photos, full descriptions, and a disclaimer) to help you make an informed decision. You may also request additional photos or send a picture of your wall for a personalized simulation prior to purchase.

  • Damaged Items: If a poster or frame arrives damaged, we are committed to replacing or refunding it. Contact us with proof of damage, including photos of both the packaging and the product. Once verified, we may ask you to destroy the damaged item before processing a refund or replacement.

  • Customs Fees and Refunds: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any applicable customs fees, particularly when returning items from non-European Union territories to Europe. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on the fees incurred, the refunded amount may be significantly reduced or nullified.

  • Please note, custom-made and personalized items, including posters and frames, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Lost or Missing Items

  • If a package is lost during transit and has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date, we will replace the order free of charge after verifying the issue with our shipping and printing partners.

  • If tracking indicates the package was delivered but you did not receive it, the case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may request proof of delivery (such as a signed receipt or GPS confirmation) from the carrier before deciding on a resolution.
