1. Notification: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item. Please include clear photos of the damaged frame, poster, and packaging when contacting our customer service team.

2. Replacement Process: Once we verify the issue, we will begin the replacement process. You will not be charged for the replacement or additional shipping costs.

3. Return of Damaged Posters: If requested, you may need to return the damaged framed poster. If so, we will cover the return shipping costs.
