No artificial intelligence, no automation, no intermediaries — just a real artistic collaboration, with personal exchanges to fully understand your story, your place, or your idea.
To preserve quality and creative focus, Alecse accepts only one commissioned project per month.
Each poster is entirely custom-made. The composition, colors, atmosphere, typography, and details are designed specifically for your project.
Whether it’s a meaningful place, a personal memory, or a professional location, the final artwork is created to reflect your vision.
The price includes the full creative process, design development, revisions, an S-size fine art print, and worldwide delivery.
Once the artwork is approved, larger sizes or additional prints can be ordered separately if desired.

Custom Map Poster MyRetroposter
A BESPOKE MAP, DESIGNED AS A UNIQUE ARTWORK
This Custom Map Poster is a bespoke cartographic artwork created on demand by artist and designer Cha. Starting from a place of your choice — a city, a neighborhood, a region, or a specific area — Cha designs a refined map composition intended to become a timeless decorative piece.
The creative process is collaborative and flexible. You may suggest the location, the exact area or portion of the map, or let Cha propose several compositions. Each map is then developed through careful artistic choices, including colors, graphic balance, vintage-inspired finishes, typography, and optional titles or coordinates.
You may also request the addition of a symbol, landmark, or meaningful point on the map, subtly integrated into the composition.
While the geographical base or tracé may be reused or adapted for other projects, the final artistic interpretation — including its color palette, composition, symbols, and overall visual identity — is created specifically for your order.

Custom Map Poster is a commissioned art print, handcrafted by Alecse and commercialized exclusively by MyRetroposter. It is created from scratch based on your story, visuals, and briefing — through a unique artistic process that blends photography, illustration, and digital painting.
The final artwork is an original creation, protected under international copyright laws. It is not a photograph, but a collectible art piece. Unless a written rights transfer agreement is signed, all intellectual property rights — including the visual composition and master file — remain with the artist.
Reproduction, digital copying, commercial use, or resale — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without written permission from the artist or publisher. This includes scanning or photographing the artwork for reuse or redistribution.
Each project includes one printed copy in size S. Additional formats or copies can be ordered separately here: Extra Prints.
You are welcome to share photos of your commissioned poster in a private or professional setting — including online or in print — as long as it is clearly presented as a commissioned artwork and not used for advertising, media coverage, or resale without permission.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Replacement Policy for Damaged or Lost Prints
At Myretroposter, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your posters are damaged during transit or lost, we've got you covered with our replacement policy:
Damaged Prints:
If you receive damaged posters, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged posters. Send clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging to our customer service team.
- Replacement Process: Upon verification, we will initiate the replacement process. You won't incur any additional costs for the replacement of damaged prints.
- Return of Damaged Prints: You may be asked to return the damaged posters. If required, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
Lost Prints:
If your posters are lost in transit, follow these steps:
- Notification: Inform us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe. We'll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
- Replacement Process: If the posters are confirmed as lost, we'll replace your order. You won't incur any additional costs for the replacement of lost prints.
- Timely Communication: Timely communication is crucial in the case of lost prints to ensure a swift resolution.

Can I return my poster for a refund?
At Myretroposter, all posters are printed to order based on your selected size and options. As part of our sustainability and made-to-order model, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pamela@myretroposter.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
• A short explanation of the issue
We will assess your request quickly and, if approved, arrange for a free replacement or refund.
In most cases, we do not require the product to be returned; we may ask you to destroy it and send proof of destruction.
Please note:
• We cannot offer refunds or returns for posters that were printed correctly and without defects.
• Custom duties and return shipping costs (when applicable) are only covered if the return is due to a verified defect or production error.

Can I exchange a poster I purchased from Myretroposter?
All Myretroposter artworks are printed on demand and custom-made based on the size and options you select. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect choices.
However, if your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.
To process a replacement, we require:
• Photos of the damaged poster and its packaging
• Your order number
• A short message describing the issue
Please send these to pamela@myretroposter.com within 7 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, we’ll reprint and ship your poster as soon as possible.
Returns of the damaged item are generally not required; we may ask you to destroy it and provide photographic proof.
If you need help selecting the right format or visual before ordering, we’re happy to assist with mockups or close-up previews.
Customs Duty
For customers in the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Australia, we've strategically positioned our printing facilities to minimize the likelihood of customs duties.
