RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Satisfaction Guaranteed
MyRetroposter and his printing partners put the greatest care and attention producing Art Prints and Frames and carefully packing your orders for shipping. Nevertheless if they arrive damaged or presents defects, we will either exchange or refund it depending on your request.

For custom and personalised posters, if no proposal meets your expectations, you may cancel your order anytime, the poster will not be printed and you will be refunded within 48 hours.

Damaged Parcels
Please inspect all parcels upon delivery. If there is any visible damage or if the parcel has been opened, do not accept it. Please take a picture of the visible damages and send it to us by email to pamela@myretroposter.com. We'll have a new print sent at the earliest.

Lost Parcels
If your order is not delivered within the specified shipping timings, send us an email to pamela@myretroposter.com.

MyRetroposter shall not be held responsible of potential shipping delays.

For Standard Tracked and Express Shipping, we'll ask our delivery partners to investigate. If the parcel can't be localized or delivered within an acceptable time frame. You'll have the option to request us to send a new print at the earliest, get a full refund or a special discount on your next order.

MyRetroposter shall not be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcel sent with free eco shipping (but within the United Kingdom). We only take responsibility for parcels sent with standard or express shipping.

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer but only to the address we will provide.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days. 

For damaged or defective prints, if you can send us pictures that allow us to assess the extent of the damages, you may not need to return the products to get them replaced or refunded. Please take pictures of the damages with good lighting and in high resolution and send them to us by email along your complaint.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at pamela@myretroposter.com with all details and photo(s) of the damage or defect, and we will send you the address where you should send the item according to your country of residence.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail it to the address we will provide which depends upon your country of residence.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. MyRetroposter shall not be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcel sent with free eco shipping.

Wrong or incomplete shipping address

If a parcel can't be delivered because the address on the order was not accurate or was incomplete, the parcel will be sent back to the printing lab. Once returned, the customer will need to pay for the new shipment.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
