I love my poster, it looks great. The only thing is, it rained the day my mail was delivered. My mailbox was big enough for the envelope, I also have a screen door the mail man could have place it inside of so it would be protected. My mailman left it on on the top of the stairs, exposed to the elements. When I took my poster out of the package, I saw right away that although it was wrapped carefully, it was still soaked. I was able to dry it, my poster is fine. Obviously, I need to have a chat with my mail man but perhaps you can look into sustainable ways of protecting prints (maybe wax paper?)
I visited their gallery in Sitges and loved what I saw! I love the Print I bought, taking pride in my lounge. If I had more wall space I’d consider getting another. Maybe I will?!

While I loved this item it was defective. Top corner of the print was bent backwards after beimg wrapped in tissue. I have requested a replacement but have not heard back.
I bought the larger 50x75 size and to be honest I think a smaller version might have been better. The way the poster is made does not suit well on larger sizes. It looks like lower quality. Also the poster shipped from the UK causing a bit of hassle but this was sorted in good time by support.

I have just received 3 prints I ordered (2 x Dubai Prints and 1 x Singapore Print) - the quality of the print and paper are very poor. It looks like the prints have been printed off in low res on a cheap printer on normal paper. Consideirng I ordered these prints over a month ago and have just received them is really disappointing. I could have visited a local shop in Dubai to buy quality prints.

The quality is great. Thick and the colors are so pretty. Customer service was awesome. They tweaked every little thing I asked for and even had great suggestions. Would definitely recommend.

The shop, though small with only one room, is beautiful and filled with original and stunning artworks. The painting arrived in perfect condition and is even more impressive in person.
