2. Nature of Our Products

MyRetroPoster publishes original graphic and artistic works created by artists Alecse and Cha. Many works are released as limited editions in strictly capped quantities as stated on each product page.

Once a limited edition is sold out, no further reproductions of that specific edition will be made by the company.

All artworks are produced using professional fine art printing processes through trusted printing partners. Prints are made on museum-quality fine art paper, including 200gsm Enhanced Matte Art paper (EMA) or equivalent professional archival-grade paper, depending on production location and logistical requirements.

Product images displayed on the website are representative. Minor variations in color, texture, margins, or finish may occur due to screen calibration, printing processes, or paper selection. Such variations do not constitute defects.

3. Print-on-Demand & Production

Most products are produced on demand after an order is placed. This production model minimizes waste and ensures controlled quality standards.

Because items are produced specifically following your order, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Custom, personalized, or commissioned works are non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or transport damage.

4. Intellectual Property

All artworks, designs, images, text, graphics and visual content available on myretroposter.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Jardel Artis Holdings SL and the respective artists.

They are protected under international copyright, intellectual property, and artistic rights legislation.

Without prior written consent, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, scan, photograph, or digitally replicate any artwork
• Use any artwork for commercial or promotional purposes
• Mint NFTs or tokenize any artwork
• Use images for AI training, machine learning datasets or generative systems
• Resell digital or physical reproductions

Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Pricing & Availability

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may be modified without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, editions, or services at any time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, customs processing, force majeure events, and carrier conditions.

Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

In accordance with EU consumer legislation, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
