SHORT BIO

Alecse is a French artist and entrepreneur, born into a family deeply rooted in art and architecture. His father, a painter once described by Victor Vasarely as an "optical surrealist", and his great-grandfather Albert Schwartz, founder of the international construction firm Schwartz-Haumont, both shaped his artistic eye from an early age.

He has lived in Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and spent several years in Sri Lanka and South Asia, where travel became both muse and mission. Alongside a career as a creative director and founder of several ventures, Alecse launched Myretroposter, building one of the most extensive collections of vintage-style travel posters worldwide, now spanning over 130 countries.

His work has been featured in major French décor and fashion magazines, international travel guides, and was selected to illustrate one of the official exhibition books published by the MUCEM (National Museum of Marseille). His posters can be found in hotels, shops, creative studios, company headquarters, and even on movie sets.
