Cas contact et confinée juste avant Noël, je ne pouvais pas réveillonner avec mes parents. En urgence, j'ai choisi une carte "exclusive", j'ai immédiatement reçu le code par email suivi d'un message de Pamela me proposant de personnaliser la carte cadeau. Je lui ai passé toutes les infos et dans la demie heure, j'ai reçu le fichier que j'ai imprimé à la maison, mis dans une enveloppe et posté. Mes parents l'ont reçu le 24 au matin et sont ravis, ils ont commandé une affiche de Venise où ils ont passé leur voyage de noce. Un grand merci à Pamela pour sa réactivité.

Great last minute gift

I love those posters and had previously ordered 2 for me. So I confidently purchased 3 gift cards for a friends' Christmas. I received the codes instantly and the files for the cards about an hour letter. I could print them home and put them in an enveloppe with a bow.   3. Return of Damaged Prints: You may be asked to return the damaged posters. If required, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Lost Prints:
If your posters are lost in transit, follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Inform us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe. We'll initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
  2. Replacement Process: If the posters are confirmed as lost, we'll replace your order. You won't incur any additional costs for the replacement of lost prints.
