• If the order total exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the customer may combine it with another card or pay the remaining balance using any available payment method.
• If the order total is lower than the value of the Gift Card, the unused balance remains available on the same code and can be applied to a future purchase — with no expiry date.
• The Gift Card and its unique code are sent directly to your email after checkout. Simply print it and wrap it for a thoughtful, ready-to-offer presentation.

Using a Myretroposter Gift Card is simple. At checkout, the customer enters the unique code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field. The code is not case-sensitive, and the available balance is applied instantly once validated.

• If the Gift Card balance covers the full order amount, the customer can simply click “Complete Order” to finalise the purchase.
  
• If the balance is lower than the total, Shopify automatically prompts the customer to select an additional payment method to settle the remaining amount.
  

Any unused balance stays active on the same code and can be redeemed at any time, with no expiry date.

Damaged Items

If an order arrives damaged, the recipient simply contacts us within 7 days with photos of the print and packaging. Once verified, we’ll organise a replacement at no additional cost. If a return is required, we cover the return shipping.

Lost Parcels

If an order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, we open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, a new order is issued immediately — again, at no cost.
