WE DELIVER OUR POSTERS WORLDWIDE

All posters and frames are carefully packaged in our trusted partners' packing and shipping stations across the United Kingdom, the USA, the Netherlands, Australia, and Canada. This ensures faster delivery times, reduced shipping costs, and minimized customs fees wherever possible.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Production time for rolled posters is 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 8 PM (Los Angeles) Pacific - Standard Time will be processed the next working day.
  • Transit Time: Delivery timings provided are estimates and may vary depending on local delivery services.

Delivery Options

Standard Shipping (with Tracking)

  • Posters: Standard shipping with tracking is included in the product price.
  • Frames: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery Times: 2 to 7 working days (Monday-Friday); up to 15 days for remote locations.

Note: A parcel will be declared lost if it has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date. Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 3 months.

Express Shipping (with Tracking)

  • Delivery Times: 2 to 4 working days (Monday-Friday); up to 15 days for remote locations.
  • This shipping upgrade will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Overnight Shipping (On Demand)

Overnight service is available primarily in the UK and the US. For availability and quotes, send us a message.

Note: Express and Overnight shipping only applies to delivery times and does not expedite production.

Packaging

  • Posters: Sizes S and A4 are shipped in reinforced envelopes. Larger sizes are carefully rolled in sturdy carton tubes.
  • Frames and Panels: Special protective packaging ensures safe delivery.

Damaged Parcels or Posters

While our partners take great care in packing and delivering your prints, accidents can happen. If your product arrives damaged:

  • At Delivery: Inspect the package upon arrival. If the box is damaged or opened, refuse delivery so it is returned to us.
  • After Delivery: Contact us with photos of the damage (packaging and product). We will replace or refund your order promptly.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Lost Parcels: A parcel will be considered lost if it has not been delivered within 30 days of shipping. We will replace it free of charge after an investigation with our partners.
Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows a parcel was delivered but not received, cases will be reviewed individually. Proof of delivery (e.g., signed receipt or GPS confirmation) may be required.

Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address

If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • The parcel will be returned to the printing lab.
  • Once returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Customers will bear the cost of reshipping.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. MyRetroposter cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Shipping Claims Policy

Claims for non-delivery or issues with your order must be made within 3 months from the date of purchase. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
