Carrer de la Carreta Sitges Poster

Minimalist Sitges street poster inspired by Mediterranean architecture and warm coastal evenings by Cha

Sitges Old Street is part of the City Lines™ series by Cha — a minimalist collection celebrating the charm and quiet beauty of Mediterranean streets through elegant linework and simplified compositions.

Read more Read less

This artwork captures one of the peaceful narrow streets hidden within the historic center of Sitges. Framed by balconies, soft façades, delicate architectural details, and a glowing golden sky, the composition invites the viewer to wander slowly toward the sea at the end of the street.

The restrained palette and hand-drawn linear style create a calm and timeless atmosphere. The poster balances simplicity and warmth, transforming an everyday Mediterranean scene into a refined decorative artwork filled with light, perspective, and summer nostalgia.

Through the City Lines™ collection, Cha explores urban poetry using minimal forms, clean compositions, and carefully selected colors inspired by Mediterranean life and architecture.

FUN FACT

Carrer de la Carreta is one of the most characteristic streets of Sitges’ first medieval suburb. It formed part of the early expansion of the town outside the original fortified core, connecting Carrer Major with the seafront. Its narrow layout, whitewashed façades, balconies and old stone details still reflect the traditional architecture of historic Sitges.
