1. Legal Information & Overview
This website is operated by Jardel Artis Holdings SL, NIF B26641837, registered in Spain, with its registered office at Carrer Sant Pau 4, 08870 Sitges, Barcelona, Spain, trading under the commercial name MyRetroPoster (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.
2. Nature of Our Products
MyRetroPoster publishes original artworks created by artists Alecse and Cha.
All artworks sold by MyRetroPoster are published as limited editions in the quantities specified on the relevant product page.
Once an edition is sold out, no further copies of that edition will be produced.
All artworks are produced using professional fine art printing processes through trusted production partners located in various regions of the world.
Product images displayed on the website are representative. Minor variations in colour, texture, paper finish, margins, framing materials, or production methods may occur and do not constitute defects.
3. Print-on-Demand Production
Most products are manufactured specifically following the customer's order.
This print-on-demand production model reduces waste and allows us to maintain strict quality control while publishing limited editions.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that production may begin automatically shortly after purchase.
Orders may only be cancelled within one (1) hour of purchase.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.
Custom, commissioned and personalised artworks are non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defect or transport damage.
4. Limited Editions
All artworks are published as limited editions.
Replacement shipments issued following carrier loss, transport damage, delivery issues or other exceptional circumstances remain part of the original edition and reduce the remaining available edition count.
The publication of replacement copies does not create a new edition and does not increase the stated edition size.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate and deliverable billing and shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer shall not be considered lost orders.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or inability of the carrier to complete delivery, additional shipping and handling charges may apply before re-dispatch.
Any assistance provided by MyRetroPoster before the return of the original parcel shall be considered a commercial gesture and shall not constitute an admission of liability or create an obligation in future cases.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Production and delivery times displayed on the website, product pages, checkout pages, order confirmations, tracking pages or communicated by customer service are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, customs clearance, severe weather, labour disputes, public holidays, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers purchasing artwork for a specific event, exhibition, opening, celebration, deadline, holiday or occasion acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates and should allow sufficient time for production and transportation.
Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not constitute grounds for cancellation, compensation or refund.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
Because our products are manufactured on demand and published as limited editions, refunds are generally not available for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Size selection errors
- Customer addressing errors
- Delays caused by third-party carriers
- Shipments still in transit
- Shipments under active carrier investigation
Where appropriate, MyRetroPoster may offer a replacement shipment, partial refund, store credit or other solution at its sole discretion.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory rights applicable under the laws of the customer's country of residence.
8. Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, images, graphics, text, logos and visual content available on myretroposter.com are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
Without prior written consent, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce or distribute any artwork
- Create derivative works
- Resell digital or physical reproductions
- Use artworks for commercial purposes
- Mint NFTs or tokenize artworks
- Use artworks, images or content for artificial intelligence training, machine learning datasets or generative systems
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jardel Artis Holdings SL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from the use of this website or its products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use independent third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, production, shipping and logistics.
Such providers operate under their own contractual terms and conditions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, including applicable European Union legislation.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer's jurisdiction where required by law.
