Gift Card Specs
- Valid for the purchase of any poster of equal or lower value, with worldwide eco-friendly shipping included.
- If the order total exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the customer may combine it with another card or pay the remaining balance using any available payment method.
- If the order total is lower than the value of the Gift Card, the unused balance remains available on the same code and can be applied to a future purchase — with no expiry date.
- The Gift Card and its unique code are sent directly to your email after checkout. Simply print it and wrap it for a thoughtful, ready-to-offer presentation.
Redeeming the Gift Card
Using a Myretroposter Gift Card is simple. At checkout, the customer enters the unique code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field. The code is not case-sensitive, and the available balance is applied instantly once validated.
- If the Gift Card balance covers the full order amount, the customer can simply click “Complete Order” to finalise the purchase.
- If the balance is lower than the total, Shopify automatically prompts the customer to select an additional payment method to settle the remaining amount.
Any unused balance stays active on the same code and can be redeemed at any time, with no expiry date.
Gift Cards work seamlessly across all products on Myretroposter, including posters, frames, and custom creations.
Sending the Gift Card
The Gift Card is delivered instantly to the purchaser’s email.
To offer it to someone else, simply forward the email or print it for a thoughtful, ready-to-wrap presentation.
Replacement Policy for Damaged or Lost Items
At Myretroposter, every order is handled with care, from printing to delivery. If the recipient uses the Gift Card to purchase posters or framed prints, they automatically benefit from our premium replacement service.
Damaged Items
If an order arrives damaged, the recipient simply contacts us within 7 days with photos of the print and packaging. Once verified, we’ll organise a replacement at no additional cost. If a return is required, we cover the return shipping.
Lost Parcels
If an order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, we open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, a new order is issued immediately — again, at no cost.
