CLASSIC FRAMING

Our Classic Frames combine traditional craftsmanship with a simple, timeless design that works equally well in contemporary, mid century, boho, industrial and vintage interiors.

Each frame is made from high quality wood and protected with Perspex Glaze™ acrylic, offering excellent clarity, UV protection and greater impact resistance than traditional glass while keeping the finished artwork lighter and safer to ship.

Whenever possible, your poster is printed and framed close to its destination through our international production network in the UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia. 

Local production helps reduce shipping distances while allowing your finished artwork to travel securely from the framing workshop to your home.

ORDERING YOUR FRAME

Classic Framing is a framing service and the poster is not included in the frame price. Simply add your chosen poster and a Classic Frame in the corresponding size to the same order. We will take care of the rest.

Our Classic Frames are professionally assembled and sealed rather than designed as reusable backloader frames. The finished outer dimensions will therefore be slightly larger than the selected poster size.

We can usually propose a solution based on your location and the artwork you have selected.

Answers to the most common questions about choosing your frame, production, shipping and delivery.

¿Tengo que pedir un póster junto con el enmarcado clásico?

Sí. El enmarcado clásico es un servicio opcional y no incluye el póster. Añade el póster que elijas y un marco clásico del mismo tamaño al mismo pedido. Nuestro socio de producción imprimirá, enmarcará y enviará la obra terminada, lista para colgar.

¿Cómo elijo el tamaño de marco adecuado?

Selecciona el mismo tamaño para el marco clásico y el póster. Por ejemplo, un póster de 60 × 90 cm requiere un marco de 60 × 90 cm. La obra enmarcada tendrá aproximadamente 4 cm más de ancho y de alto en total debido al perfil del marco. Ponte en contacto con nosotros antes de hacer el pedido si necesitas ayuda con las medidas o un formato más grande.

¿Puedo cambiar el póster de mi marco Classic?

No. Nuestros marcos Classic se montan profesionalmente y se sellan alrededor de la obra. No son marcos reutilizables con apertura trasera, por lo que el póster no se puede quitar y volver a colocar. Si quieres un marco que puedas abrir y reutilizar, ponte en contacto con nosotros antes de hacer el pedido para hablar de otras opciones.

¿Dónde se producen las láminas de MyRetroposter™?

Nuestros socios profesionales de producción operan en el Reino Unido, USA, la Unión Europea, Canadá y Australia. El lugar de producción depende de tu destino, el formato y la disponibilidad.

¿Cuánto tarda la producción?

Los pósteres sin enmarcar suelen producirse en de 1 a 3 días hábiles. Los pósteres enmarcados suelen tardar de 2 a 5 días hábiles en enviarse. El tiempo de envío es adicional y estos plazos son estimados, no garantizados.

¿El envío de los pósteres enmarcados es gratis?

Los pósteres enmarcados y los paneles tienen gastos de embalaje y envío específicos, que se calculan automáticamente al finalizar la compra según el peso y el destino.

¿Tengo que pagar aranceles o impuestos?

Pueden aplicarse aranceles aduaneros o impuestos locales de importación según la normativa de tu país. MyRetroPoster™ no puede controlar ni prever estos costes adicionales, ni asumir responsabilidad por ellos.

¿Qué pasa si mi paquete llega dañado o se pierde?

Si tu pedido llega dañado, ponte en contacto con nosotros en un plazo de 7 días e incluye el número de pedido y fotos de la obra y del embalaje. Si el paquete parece haberse perdido, ponte en contacto con nosotros para que podamos investigarlo con la empresa de transporte. Los daños verificados o las pérdidas confirmadas se gestionan según nuestra Política de envíos y nuestra Política de reembolsos, sin limitar tus derechos legales.

¿Puedo devolver mi marco clásico si cambio de opinión?

Cada marco clásico se fabrica individualmente según el tamaño y el acabado seleccionados para tu pedido, y el póster se sella en su interior de forma profesional. De acuerdo con nuestra política actual de venta de productos hechos por encargo, normalmente no aceptamos devoluciones de obras enmarcadas por cambio de opinión. Consulta nuestra Política de reembolsos y ponte en contacto con nosotros si tienes alguna duda. Esto no afecta a los derechos obligatorios de los consumidores, incluidos tus derechos si un artículo llega dañado, defectuoso o incorrecto.

Simple and Lightweight

I bought 2 posters and had them both delivered with the classic frame. The frames were just as expected, came nicely packed and not damaged. Great finish and lightweight to hang on a wall. The only change I made was attaching a D-Ring on the sides of the frame vs the top hook that is provided.
