    Postcards & Invitations – Custom Printed Cards

    This service allows you to create personalized postcards or invitation cards based on any MyRetroposter artwork — whether it is an existing poster or a fully custom design. It is designed as a complementary product, ideal for extending a poster into a refined printed set for personal or professional use.

    These printed cards can be used as postcards, invitations, save-the-dates, announcement cards, or communication cards for places such as guest houses, hotels, restaurants, boutiques, or cultural venues.

    What This Service Includes

    • A single card design (one visual concept)
    • High-quality full-colour printing on premium paper
    • Choice of quantity based on predefined print batches
    • Optional custom back layout as an add-on

    This product applies to one design only. If you wish to order multiple designs, each design must be added separately.

    Custom Back Layout (Optional Add-On)

    The custom back option allows us to professionally layout your provided text on a postcard or invitation back format. This includes:

    • Text layout and hierarchy
    • Choice between 1 to 3 carefully selected typefaces
    • Colour selection adapted to the front artwork
    • Integration of a provided logo (if applicable)

    This is a layout service, not a creative branding project. Text content must be supplied by the client. No illustration, logo creation, or copywriting is included.

    Quantities & Production

    Cards are printed in fixed production batches (50, 100, 250, 500, etc.). Intermediate quantities are achieved by combining batches (for example, 150 = 100 + 50).

    Production timelines depend on the selected quantity and finish. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

    Formats & Special Requests

    This product is offered in a standard postcard / invitation format. However, specific formats or custom dimensions can be prepared on request. If you have a particular requirement, please contact us before ordering.

    Geographical Scope

    This product page is intended for European customers. If you are located in another region, we will be happy to prepare a custom quotation adapted to local production and shipping conditions.

All delivery timings are estimates and Myretroposter declines any responsibility for delays due to courier services, customs, or local distribution networks.

Where do you ship from? Should I expect Customs Duty?

For customers in the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Australia, our printing partner has facilities in Alton and Harrogate for the UK, Venlo in the Netherlands for all EU orders, Charlotte (NC) for US orders, Alberta or Vancouver for Canada and Victoria for Australia, to minimize the likelihood of customs duties. However, it's important to note that for orders outside these specified regions, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country.

Please be aware that any such charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend consulting your local customs office to understand the potential fees that may apply to your order.

My order seems lost. What should I do?

If you suspect your parcel might be lost, please follow these steps to help us address the issue swiftly:

  1. Immediate Notification: Do not wait for 30 days to alert us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe. It's crucial to inform us as soon as you suspect a delay or loss so that we can take prompt action.
  2. Lost Parcel Policy: A parcel is considered lost if it has not been delivered 30 days after dispatch. However, this 30-day period represents the maximum time before we officially classify a package as lost. We strongly encourage you to contact us well before this deadline if you believe your parcel is delayed.
  3. Investigation Process: Upon receiving your notification, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel. We appreciate your patience during this search period.
  4. Replacement Process: If the investigation confirms that your parcel is lost, we will replace your order at no additional cost to you. Express Shipping of Replacements: To reduce your waiting time, replacement prints will be shipped express, ensuring their rapid delivery.
  5. Timely Communication: Effective communication is key to efficiently resolving any delivery issues. We will keep you updated throughout the process and may reach out for further information if needed.

A poster has been delivered damaged. How can I get it replaced?

At Myretroposter, we strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that your posters are damaged during transit or have defects that were not spotted at quality-check stage, we've got you covered with our replacement policy:

Damaged Prints:
If you receive damaged posters, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged posters. Send clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging to our customer service team.
  2. Replacement Process: Upon verification, we will initiate the replacement process. You won't incur any additional costs for the replacement of damaged prints.
  3. Return of Damaged Prints: You may be asked to return the damaged posters. If required, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

Can I return my poster for a refund?

At Myretroposter, all posters are printed to order based on your selected size and options. As part of our sustainability and made-to-order model, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pamela@myretroposter.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
• A short explanation of the issue

We will assess your request quickly and, if approved, arrange for a free replacement or refund.
In most cases, we do not require the product to be returned; we may ask you to destroy it and send proof of destruction.

Please note:
• We cannot offer refunds or returns for posters that were printed correctly and without defects.
• Custom duties and return shipping costs (when applicable) are only covered if the return is due to a verified defect or production error.

Can I exchange a poster I purchased from Myretroposter?

All Myretroposter artworks are printed on demand and custom-made based on the size and options you select. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect choices.
However, if your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

To process a replacement, we require:
• Photos of the damaged poster and its packaging
• Your order number
• A short message describing the issue

Please send these to pamela@myretroposter.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, we’ll reprint and ship your poster as soon as possible.
Returns of the damaged item are generally not required; we may ask you to destroy it and provide photographic proof.

If you need help selecting the right format or visual before ordering, we’re happy to assist with mockups or close-up previews.
