Do you offer discount codes?
Yes. Promotional codes are reserved for subscribers to our free Retro Club mailing list. Join to receive member offers, collection news and occasional exclusive benefits. Automatic discounts may be available to all customers when expressly advertised.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
Enter your code before completing checkout. Promotional discounts are not normally applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Why is my promo code not working?
First check that you are subscribed to the Retro Club, that your code is still valid, and that your cart meets the offer conditions (eligible products, minimum order value or dates). Enter the code at checkout before completing your order. If it still does not work, contact us at pamela@myretroposter.com.
How do I use a promo code?
Add eligible items to your cart, enter your promotional code in the discount field at checkout and apply it before placing your order. The discount will appear if your order meets the offer conditions.
How can I receive a discount code?
Join the Retro Club mailing list for free. Eligible subscribers receive promotional codes through our communications or participating offers. Each promotion is subject to its stated conditions.
Can I use more than one promo code at once?
Normally only one promotional code can be applied per order. A code may combine with an automatic discount only where the offer conditions and checkout allow it. Gift Cards are a payment method, not a promotional code.
Do I need to subscribe to use a promo code?
Yes. Promotional codes are reserved for customers subscribed to our free Retro Club mailing list. You can purchase at the regular price without subscribing. Some automatic offers do not require membership when explicitly stated.
Where do I enter the promo code?
Enter your code in the discount or gift card field at checkout. On some devices, you may need to expand the order summary to see the field.
