SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

All our rolled (without frame) poster and postcard prices include international shipping with tracking. For UK orders, they are sent with Royal Mail. Express shipping option is also available from checkout. The shipping costs for the frames, poster panels, dibonds are calculated at checkout depending on the shipping destination.

WHAT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE ON THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If a parcel can't be delivered because the address on the order was not accurate or was incomplete, the parcel will be sent back to the printing lab. Once returned, the customer will need to pay for the new shipment.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED?

Even if our partners take the best care of our products while packing them and delivering to your door, accidents happen. Hence if the product is damaged, it will be replaced or refunded. 
Please check all packages at delivery and don't accept them if the box is damaged or opened so that it gets automatically returned by the shipping carrier.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL GETS LOST?

If your parcel is declared lost, it will either be printed and shipped again or reimbursed.


WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOM TAXES OR DUTY?

Our rolled posters are produced in UK, Netherlands (for all EU countries), USA and Australia. If your country is not part of the list, you may have to pay some custom taxes depending on your country policy and eventual tax agreements with the country of origin.

Please note that all poster panels are produced in UK and that only Classic frames in 20x30cm (8x12") and 60x90cm (24x36") are produced in the US. Feel free to contact us to ensure of the provenance of your order.

WHAT DOES "RETRO POSTER" MEANS?

That's how we call our vintage inspired poster style! We make travel posters with a vintage look and spirit. 

MY TRAVEL POSTER SEEMS A BIT BLURY, IS IT NORMAL?

All our posters are printed from the original master file created by the artist in the maximum size offered (80x120cm) at 300 Dpi. All eventual blur and vintage effects are usually part of the original design. If you think your print has a defect, send us an email with a close up picture of the details and we'll get back to you at the earliest. Usually a printing defect can be identified if the signature in the lower right corner is not crisp. If you have any doubt, get in touch with us.

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY POSTER IS A GENUINE EDITION?

Feel free to send us a picture by email and we'll help you ensure the poster is an original. Additionally all Collector Editions come with a certificate of authenticity (which is optional for Standard Limited Editions). You'll find more info here.

ARE ALL POSTERS SOLD ON MYRETROPOSTER ORIGINALS?

Yes they are. Myretroposter doesn't purchase nor copy existing designs. All Artworks are commercialized with the agreement of the artists, who are commissioned on every sale. In addition to this, all Art Prints are produced in limited editions and exclusively commercialized by us.

DO YOU OFFER PERSONALIZED CREATIONS AND CUSTOM POSTERS?

Totally! We can either customize an existing poster  or create a 100% custom/personalised poster from you picture and text. Please check the CUSTOM POSTER section.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

WHEN WILL I GET CHARGED FOR MY PURCHASE?

As soon as you validate your purchase, the funds are "ready to be debited from your account". Your purchase is debited when we send your order to production.

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer but only to the address we will provide.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.

For damaged or defective prints, if you can send us pictures that allow us to assess the extent of the damages, you may not need to return the products to get them replaced or refunded.
Please take pictures of the damages with good lighting and in high resolution and send them to us by email along your complaint.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
