From Concept to Collectible Poster

Designed for companies, agencies, hotels, and event organizers, this service transforms a moment shared by your team into a timeless piece of art. Each project is built around a clear concept: an idea, a theme, or a message you want to communicate visually — brought to life through creative staging, direction, and Alecse’s artistic touch.

The Creative Process

1. Brief & Objectives — It all begins with a conversation about your company, your event, and the story you wish to tell. Together, we define the visual tone, desired atmosphere, and purpose of the poster: internal communication, gift to participants, or brand storytelling piece.
2. Proposal & Quote — Based on the brief, Alecse develops a creative direction, visual concept, and project proposal with a detailed quote. The offer includes the creation process, printing, and delivery options depending on your needs.
3. Preparation & On-Site Direction — Alecse prepares the scene, coordinates with your team, and personally directs the staging during the event. He captures the key reference image himself — or, when a photographer is already assigned, works alongside them to ensure artistic coherence. The goal is to create the perfect foundation for the poster.
4. Post-Production & Poster Creation — Back in studio, Alecse transforms the selected photo into a Custom Poster (Group or Movie style, depending on the chosen format). The artwork is handcrafted with his signature halftone and illustration techniques, following the creative direction approved in step 2.

Each project is delivered as a finished, limited-edition art poster — not a photograph. The captured image is a creative reference, used exclusively for Alecse’s poster-making process.

Printing, Rights & Reproduction

• Standard package — includes the creation process and one printed copy (Size S). Additional copies can be ordered afterward at standard Extra Print rates.
• Volume orders — For orders above 20 prints (for teams, participants, or partners), please contact us for a tailored quote.
• Master file rights — The high-resolution master file remains the property of the artist. However, if your company wishes to purchase full reproduction rights for internal or promotional use, a dedicated license and quote can be established on request.

Alecse’s Expertise in Creative Direction

Before founding MyRetroposter, Alecse spent nearly two decades as a creative director and copywriter in event communication, earning a Top Com d’Or with Templiers Production & Publicis for the Vittel Bouchon Sport launch, and designing scenography for New Line Productions’ 40th anniversary, as well as prestigious events for MHD / Pernod Ricard and other leading brands.

His experience in concept creation, storytelling, direction of actors, and mise-en-scène gives each project a unique narrative strength — blending visual art and emotional impact to make your team or brand unforgettable.
