To ensure the best quality and faster delivery, our posters are printed and framed locally depending on your destination: in the UK, the Netherlands (EU), the USA, Canada, or Australia. This minimizes shipping distances and guarantees your artwork arrives safely and quickly.

How do I choose the right frame size for my poster?
Simply select the frame size that matches your poster.
Example: For a 60x90 cm (24x36” US) poster, choose the 60x90 cm frame.
Note: the final outer size will be about 4 cm wider than the poster (a 60x90 cm poster results in a 64x94 cm framed artwork).
For posters larger than 60x90 cm, please contact us by chat or email. Depending on your location and requirements, we’ll provide a tailored solution — usually within an hour, always within 24 hours.

Will my poster arrive framed if I order Classic Framing?
Yes! When you purchase a poster together with Classic Framing, your poster is delivered already framed and ready to hang.
Can I change the poster inside the frame?
No — our frames are not backloaders, which means they cannot be opened or reused.
Each poster is sealed within the frame by professional framers to ensure a long-lasting, museum-quality finish.
This protects both the artwork and the frame, enhancing durability and aesthetics.
Where are your posters and frames produced?
To ensure the best quality and faster delivery, posters are printed and framed locally based on your delivery address:
- UK (Alton & Harrogate)
- EU (Venlo, Netherlands)
- USA (Charlotte, NC)
- Canada (Alberta or Vancouver)
- Australia (Victoria)
This minimizes delivery times, reduces environmental impact, and usually avoids customs duties for these regions.
When will I receive my framed poster?
Production for framed posters takes 1–5 business days.
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Please note: delivery timings are estimates only, and delays may occur due to courier services, customs, or local networks.
How are shipping fees calculated?
Shipping fees for framed posters are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
No — for customers in the UK, EU, USA, Canada, and Australia, all orders are produced and shipped locally, so there are no customs duties.
For deliveries to other countries, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
What if my framed poster is delivered damaged?
If your framed poster arrives damaged or defective, you are covered:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the poster, frame, and packaging.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
- In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item — we may simply ask for proof of destruction.
What if my order seems lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us quickly.
- A parcel is considered lost after 30 days without delivery, but we can investigate much earlier.
- If confirmed lost, we will replace your order at no cost and ship the replacement express.
Can I return my framed poster?
All framed posters are custom-made to order and sealed within the frame.
As part of our sustainability model, we do not accept returns or refunds, except if the item arrives damaged or defective.
In that case, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

What is your return policy for unframed posters?
All unframed posters are also printed to order.
Returns are not accepted unless the poster arrives damaged or defective.
If that happens, notify us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

I bought 2 posters and had them both delivered with the classic frame. The frames were just as expected, came nicely packed and not damaged. Great finish and lightweight to hang on a wall. The only change I made was attaching a D-Ring on the sides of the frame vs the top hook that is provided.
