We want you to love your poster. That’s why we put care into every order — from printing in the nearest fine art lab to careful packaging and shipping.

However, since all our posters are made to order and produced just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.


Cancellations

Your order can only be cancelled within one hour of purchase. After that, it automatically enters production and cannot be stopped.

If you made a mistake and just placed the order, contact us immediately at pamela@myretroposter.com and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, size errors, or personal preferences — even if the product has not yet shipped.

Returns are only possible in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong product
  • There is a production error on our side

In those cases, we’ll either:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Offer a full refund (your choice)

Framed posters are also made to order and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in case of damage or production error.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Your order number

Please do not return any items before hearing from us.

If a return is authorized, we will confirm the correct return address.
Do not send anything to the printing lab or to our Sitges gallery without approval.

Refunds, when applicable, are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your item hasn't arrived within 30 days, or seems to be lost, let us know and we’ll investigate with our carrier partners.

All claims for missing, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 months of the order date.

Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Deliveries sent to an incorrect or incomplete address you provided
  • Customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by local authorities

If the parcel is returned to us, we can re-ship it, but you will be responsible for the new shipping cost.

Gift Orders

If you’re sending a poster as a gift and there’s a problem with the order, the same policy applies — but you or the recipient can contact us and we’ll handle it with discretion.
