When you’re a small, independent team, no fancy agency, no dev squad, building (and rebuilding) your own website is always a mix of intuition, trial and error, and a lot of late-night tinkering.
We don’t follow a roadmap. We follow our gut, our taste, and the desire to create something that truly reflects our universe.
So whenPosstack, the creators of one of the tools we use daily, decided to featureMyretroposterin their latestcase study, we were honestly touched. It’s the kind of recognition that puts a smile on your face… and gives you that extra boost to keep going.
They shared how we turned Shopify’s minimalDawn themeinto a properonline art gallery, one that allows us to beautifully showcase our collection oflimited edition retro wall art printsfrom over 115 countries.
Using theirEasy Content Builder, we’ve been able to fine-tune the look and feel of our site to let the posters speak for themselves, from dreamyvintage travel postersto atmospheric surf art and collector editions.
All of it donein-house, just the two of us (and sometimes with the help of a few amazing friends and generous feedback from our community). No shortcuts, no big budget, just a lot of love and dedication to our craft.
